As a Product Manager for Wire Payments, you will lead the strategy, development, and go-to-market execution of wire payment solutions within a dynamic financial technology environment. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize products that meet customer and market needs. Your work will directly influence product innovation, drive adoption, and enhance the customer experience. You will analyze market trends, gather insights from stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance while managing vendor relationships. Accountabilities:- Execute the go-to-market strategy for Wire Payment products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including research, design, development, launch, and performance monitoring
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product enhancements and new feature opportunities
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and customer impact
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for payment products
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to meet service level agreements
- Provide internal training and support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams to drive successful product adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, marketing, and leadership to deliver impactful product outcomes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant Product Management experience, preferably in wire payments or money movement
- Strong knowledge of payment products, payment networks, and financial services
- Experience executing go-to-market strategies and managing product roadmaps
- Strategic thinking and product lifecycle management expertise
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable product decisions
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Financial acumen, including business case development, pricing models, and ROI analysis
- Preferred: Pragmatic Certification Level II, experience with Aha! or similar tools, and familiarity with community banking environments
