Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Aberdeen Dynamics is a full-service motion and control solutions provider with over 50 years of experience. We specialize in fluid power design, hydraulic systems, pneumatic control, and electro-mechanical solutions. Our expertise serves industries like oil and gas, rigging and recovery, power generation, construction, manufacturing, process and pipeline. We are trusted for engineering solutions and are known for designing and fabricating custom hydraulic power units, hydraulic valve actuators, and hydraulic winch packages.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst – Operations to support the successful implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role will act as a critical liaison between business operation stakeholders and the IT/implementation team, ensuring operational requirements are accurately captured, documented, and translated into system functionality. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business process analysis, operational workflows, and ERP systems. The working environment will be a cross-functional, collaborative environment, may require occasional travel, and will be on-site in Tulsa depending on project phase.

Physical Demands
- The employee will occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, regularly stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

- The employee may be required to lift up to 20 pounds.
- This job requires an extensive amount of typing and use of hands.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze current-state operational processes across departments.
- Identify process inefficiencies and design improved future-state processes.
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with ERP consultants and developers during system configuration.
- Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and defect resolution.
- Develop training materials and support end-user adoption.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and project updates.
Key Skills & Competencies

- Understanding of operational processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory).
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably with ERP implementations.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite preferred.
- Experience with a full ERP lifecycle implementation preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies preferred.
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
