This role is focused on driving in-store sales performance and strengthening product visibility across retail environments within an assigned territory. You will play a key role in executing merchandising strategies, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring optimal shelf presence for leading consumer brands. The position requires strong field execution, customer interaction, and the ability to build effective relationships with retail partners. You will act as a key brand representative in the field, ensuring products are well positioned, promotional plans are executed effectively, and sales opportunities are maximized. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring autonomy, discipline, and strong communication skills. - Execute in-store merchandising activities to ensure strong product visibility, availability, and compliance with brand standards.
- Implement and monitor promotional campaigns, ensuring correct execution at the retail level.
- Support sales growth by identifying opportunities to improve shelf placement, product rotation, and execution quality.
- Coordinate placement and use of promotional materials and in-store displays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store teams and key stakeholders.
- Track, report, and document field activities, market observations, and execution results.
- Ensure adherence to sales targets and performance indicators across assigned territory.
- Provide feedback from the field to support continuous improvement of sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience in sales, merchandising, or field execution, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in a retail environment.
- Good understanding of sales processes, negotiation principles, and in-store execution standards.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret field data.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple store visits and priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Competitive base salary ranging from CAD 59,800 to CAD 74,750 depending on experience and qualifications.
