Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with and support team members to promote a positive, team-oriented environment
• Deliver outstanding, memorable customer service throughout the service process
• Act as a trusted liaison between customers and the service department

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of import service advisor experience required (Toyota or Lexus experience strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems; CDK experience is a strong plus
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
