Are you a home health aide who takes pride in treating people with patience, respect, and compassion? Bring your caregiving experience to meaningful work supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.

Private Care Management is seeking caring, dependable applicants for Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions. Your support can help someone feel safe, make their own choices, build everyday skills, and participate more fully in life.

What you’ll do

• Assist with personal care and daily routines according to each individual’s support plan.

• Support meal preparation, light housekeeping, and a comfortable home environment.

• Encourage independence, communication, and everyday living skills.

• Support community activities and appointments as assigned.

• Document services and communicate concerns to your supervisor.

• Protect each individual’s dignity, privacy, choices, and safety.

Who we’re looking for

• Home health aides and experienced caregivers interested in direct support work.

• Compassionate, reliable people with strong communication skills.

• Applicants who respect individual differences and can follow care plans.

• Candidates willing to complete required screening, onboarding, and training.

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is valued.
