Compensation:$25 - $29 hourly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients with genuine warmth and prepare them comfortably for their treatment
- Assist the dentist and hygienists chairside, anticipating needs and keeping procedures smooth
- Select, set up, and sterilize instruments and equipment to protocol
- Operate Cerec scanning and milling, iTero scanning, and assist with Invisalign and cosmetic cases
- Provide clear, compassionate post-op and oral hygiene instructions
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms
- Manage accurate patient records, scheduling, and payment procedures
- Perform lab tasks and support the team wherever the day takes you
Qualifications:

What You Bring
- Proven dental assisting experience (required)
- Solid knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
- Experience with Cerec, iTero, and Invisalign attachment and delivery (preferred)
- Comfort with Open Dental software and office technology
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with patients
- A genuine passion for patient care and the experience you create
