Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part Time (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

- Document resident care activities thoroughly and in compliance with regulatory standards

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans

- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed

- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida

- Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Excellent organizational and documentation skills

- Flexibility to work the 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift
