This is a highly visible role with enterprise-wide influence, strong exposure to senior leadership, and direct impact on efficiency, cost optimization, and scalability.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including supplier onboarding, purchase order execution, invoice processing, expense management, and payment settlement.
  • Define and govern global P2P policies, standards, and KPIs to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across business units.
  • Lead and oversee Accounts Payable, Supplier Master Data, Expense Reporting, and Expense Audit teams within the GBS organization.
  • Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with financial and operational policies across all P2P activities.
  • Drive Coupa implementation and optimization, ensuring adoption of source-to-pay best practices, automation, and spend visibility.
  • Lead enterprise-wide GBS transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, and operating model maturity.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and training programs to support transformation adoption.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Procurement, and Operations to align priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Build business cases for improvement initiatives and track value realization through structured governance and reporting frameworks.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Pay processes, including Accounts Payable and supplier management.
  • Proven experience leading process improvement, system implementation, or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of shared services or GBS operating models is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in matrixed, fast-paced, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across senior leadership levels.
  • Ability to drive change, standardization, and operational excellence across global teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement certifications and Coupa experience are a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $160,000 – $180,000 USD annually, based on experience and location.
  • Opportunity to lead enterprise-wide finance transformation and global P2P modernization.
  • Strong exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Career growth within a high-impact, transformation-focused Global Business Services environment.
  • Involvement in large-scale Coupa implementation and digital finance enablement initiatives.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage (eligibility-based).
  • Dynamic, collaborative work environment focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
