This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Managing Consultant – Endur Functional based in India.
This role is a senior client-facing consulting position within the energy and commodities trading technology space, focused on delivering complex Endur implementations and upgrades across global engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing deep functional expertise in ETRM/CTRM processes such as deal modelling, valuation, risk management, scheduling, and settlement. The role combines hands-on functional leadership with strategic advisory responsibilities, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs. You will work closely with stakeholders across business, technical, and operational teams to translate requirements into scalable Endur solutions. In addition to delivery, you will contribute to practice growth, mentoring junior consultants and shaping delivery standards. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who thrive in complex, fast-paced consulting environments.
- Lead Endur implementation and upgrade engagements, providing functional expertise across energy and commodity markets including Gas, Power, LNG, Renewables, Crude, and other traded products.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Endur functional modules covering deal lifecycle, risk management, valuation (MTM, PnL, VaR), scheduling, invoicing, and accounting processes.
- Partner with clients to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional designs, while identifying process improvements and driving change management.
- Lead end-to-end delivery activities including solution design, configuration, functional testing, and transition to production support.
- Produce and maintain key project documentation including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and implementation deliverables.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support customizations, reporting needs, and enhancements aligned to client requirements.
- Provide advisory support on ETRM/CTRM best practices while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to practice development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of overall industry experience with at least 7+ years of hands-on Endur experience in a lead, principal consultant, or similar functional role.
- Proven experience delivering at least two full-cycle Endur implementation or upgrade projects in energy or commodity trading environments.
- Strong functional expertise across Endur modules, including risk, valuation, deal modelling, settlements, and operational workflows.
- Solid understanding of commodity markets such as Gas, Power, LNG, Renewables, or Oil trading environments.
- Experience working with Endur V19 or above, including configuration, testing, and production support activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills in cross-cultural and global delivery environments.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively in fast-paced project settings.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements as required.
