Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Audiology Coordinator to join our Otolaryngology practice and help us provide exceptional hearing healthcare to our patients! As an Audiology Coordinator you will coordinate patient appointments for audiology services such as: audiology diagnostic testing (VNG, ABR, ECOG,), hearing aid evaluation, hearing aid check and dispensing.

Your primary responsibilities will include Coordinating Audiology Schedules, Coordinating Patient Appointments, Obtaining Referral Authorizations for Audiological Services, and Inventory.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of hearing healthcare practices and procedures. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and have experience using electronic medical records and other healthcare technology.

Required Education and Experience

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • One year of related experience
  • Evidence of competency-based training
