- Accountable for quality delivery within the eCOA service area.
- Oversee requirements meetings with eCOA vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in developing study-specific technical documents.
- Support project timelines and associated activities.
- Collaborate with data management to define data transfer requirements.
- Manage user acceptance test creation and execution.
- Identify and resolve study-related technical issues.
- Support continuous process and quality improvements.
- Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of clinical experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of clinical experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of clinical experience OR High school diploma with 10 years of clinical experience.
- Bachelors Degree in life science, computer science, engineering, business or related discipline preferred.
- Experience in clinical development and implementing clinical systems.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and FDA regulations.
- Strong project management and technical expertise.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Previous vendor management experience is desirable.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
