JOB SUMMARY

At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, A Hilton Hotel, we believe that service is at the core of everything we do. As a Host/Cashier, you’ll be the friendly face at the point of sale, ensuring that our guests leave with a smile. Your attention to detail and customer-focused approach will help create a positive guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Host/Cashier, you’ll ensure smooth and accurate transactions. In this role, you will:

• Process guest payments accurately, handling cash, credit, and other transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing guest needs.
• Assist with seating guests, as needed, and support the host team during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure guests have a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with people. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
