RSC2 is currently looking for a Systems Engineer – Sr to join our growing team!

Position Description:

• Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues concerns. Performs Systems Management and integration functions.
• Analyze identified design issues; consider design alternatives, and present a recommended solution.
• Assist in development of comprehensive architecture to include sub-functional systems and partner network interfaces.
• Assess capability gaps of the architecture and develop an architecture roadmap/transition plan based on “as is” architecture and the “to be” architecture.
• Apply systems engineering throughout the development lifecycle for capability and analytics.
• Advise and assist government in systems engineering efforts associated with the overall planning of projects, budget builds, execution plans, and program reports)

Requirements:

• Candidate must have TS SCI w/ CI poly ( current under 7 years old)
• Bachelor in STEM field and 10 yrs System Engineering exp, or Master in STEM and 12 yrs System Engineer exp DoW experience

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $196,250- $236,250 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
