This role is focused on driving performance marketing strategies across paid media channels, with a strong emphasis on full-funnel growth, data-driven decision-making, and continuous optimization. The professional will be responsible for managing acquisition campaigns, improving efficiency across digital channels, and ensuring that media investments directly contribute to business outcomes such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Working in a highly analytical and collaborative environment, the role connects marketing, BI, creative, and tech teams to build scalable acquisition strategies. It is ideal for someone who combines hands-on media buying expertise with a strategic mindset and strong analytical capability. The position also requires a structured approach to experimentation, ensuring continuous learning and performance improvement across campaigns. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across multiple paid media channels, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and measurable business impact.
- Develop and continuously improve full-funnel media plans aligned with business and growth objectives
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across acquisition, activation, and retention stages
- Manage budget allocation, pacing, and performance across channels, audiences, and creatives
- Optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV/CAC, and margin
- Design and execute structured experimentation frameworks with clear hypotheses and performance tracking
- Build dashboards, reports, and analyses to support data-driven decision-making
- Conduct market and performance analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Identify and prioritize efficiency and scaling opportunities across paid media channels
- Collaborate closely with creative, BI, product, and tech teams to improve attribution and user journey performance
The ideal candidate has solid experience in performance marketing and a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to manage complex campaigns and translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in performance marketing or paid media roles (mid-level/pleno)
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Strong understanding of key business and marketing performance metrics
- Ability to design and interpret experiments and A/B testing frameworks
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (creative, BI, tech, and marketing)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Bonus: familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or other automation platforms for marketing optimization
