This leadership role oversees a remote team of physical therapists delivering advanced virtual musculoskeletal (MSK) care through a technology-enabled model. You will play a key part in shaping how scalable, AI-supported physical therapy is delivered to members nationwide. The position blends clinical expertise with operational leadership, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care in a fast-evolving digital health environment. You will coach and develop a distributed team of clinicians while driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. Working at the intersection of healthcare and innovation, you will help refine care pathways supported by modern tools and data. - Lead, manage, and coach a remote team of up to 16 physical therapists, supporting performance, professional development, and engagement.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality virtual care by driving adherence to clinical standards, service-level agreements, documentation quality, and compliance requirements.
- Strengthen adoption and effective use of digital health and AI-enabled tools to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.
- Drive operational excellence through data analysis, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives across workflows and care delivery.
- Lead change management efforts by guiding the team through evolving tools, processes, and organizational priorities.
- Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and product stakeholders to align goals and improve care delivery systems.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the United States.
- Minimum 5+ years of people management experience, including oversight of clinical teams (e.g., PTs or similar roles).
- Proven ability to manage remote, distributed teams while maintaining strong performance and engagement.
- Strong background in operational problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-enabled healthcare tools and digital health innovation.
