This role is a high-impact growth position focused on scaling affiliate and creator-driven revenue through TikTok Shop across key lifestyle categories such as Home, Kitchen, Bedding, and Apparel. You will be responsible for building and expanding creator ecosystems that directly influence product discovery, conversion, and brand visibility in a fast-moving social commerce environment. The role blends performance marketing, influencer strategy, and community building, requiring both analytical rigor and strong relationship management. You will lead the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to campaign optimization and scaling high-performing creators. Operating in a fully remote and global setup, you will collaborate closely with internal growth, marketing, and commercial teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale creator-led commerce programs at an enterprise level.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing management of affiliate creators and influencer partners within TikTok Shop ecosystems.
- Design and execute scalable affiliate growth strategies, including outreach programs, creator partnerships, and performance-based incentives.
- Manage end-to-end affiliate campaigns, including creator briefs, commission structures, product seeding, and content coordination.
- Oversee live commerce initiatives and creator-led content production to maximize engagement and conversion performance.
- Build and nurture creator communities using platforms such as Discord, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities to scale top-performing creators and content.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align affiliate strategy with broader commercial and growth objectives.
- Proven experience in TikTok Shop affiliate management, influencer marketing, or social commerce growth roles.
- Strong background in managing creator ecosystems, affiliate programs, and influencer partnerships at scale.
- Experience working with brands or agencies in categories such as Home, Kitchen, Bedding, or Apparel is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of creator recruitment strategies, commission models, and affiliate performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing live commerce initiatives and high-volume creator content programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive revenue-focused decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage online creator communities, including platforms like Discord or similar tools.
