This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide B2B marketing strategy with a strong focus on revenue growth, pipeline acceleration, and digital transformation.
You will lead a modern, AI-enabled marketing organization spanning demand generation, account-based marketing, product marketing, content, events, and partner marketing.
The role is centered on building scalable, data-driven marketing systems that directly impact pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue performance.
You will work closely with executive leadership across sales, product, revenue operations, and technology to align go-to-market strategy and execution.
The environment is highly dynamic and transformation-focused, requiring both strategic leadership and strong operational execution.
You will be responsible for modernizing the marketing ecosystem through AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve speed, efficiency, and impact.

- Lead the enterprise B2B marketing strategy with a focus on pipeline generation, revenue growth, and market expansion across multiple buyer segments
- Drive AI-first transformation across marketing operations using automation, predictive analytics, segmentation, and intelligent campaign orchestration
- Own and optimize demand generation programs across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels with measurable revenue impact
- Lead account-based marketing (ABM) strategy leveraging AI-driven targeting, personalization, and multi-channel orchestration
- Oversee product marketing, content marketing, sales enablement, and partner marketing to ensure consistent positioning and messaging
- Direct website strategy, digital experience optimization, SEO/SEM, and conversion rate improvement initiatives
- Lead events, trade shows, webinars, and executive forums to strengthen market presence and brand authority
- Establish KPIs, attribution models, and performance frameworks tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Technology teams to align go-to-market execution and funnel optimization
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and capability development
Requirements:
- 15+ years of marketing experience, including 10+ years in B2B or B2B2B environments with complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems
- Proven experience leading large-scale marketing organizations and “teams of teams” in high-growth or transformation settings
- Strong background in demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and revenue marketing strategy
- Deep expertise in AI-enabled marketing technologies, martech ecosystems, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, attribution models, funnel analytics, and performance optimization
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, retirement, or related industries is highly preferred
- Proven ability to design and scale data-driven, digital-first marketing operations
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience leading omni-channel campaigns across digital, events, partner, and field marketing channels
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions and business outcomes
- Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, marketing automation platforms, and analytics solutions
- Ability to lead through transformation, ambiguity, and rapid organizational change
