Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team remotely in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong attention to detail, and can work independently in a remote setting.
Inputting data from various sources into company databases and systems
Verifying accuracy and completeness of data entered
Maintaining and updating existing data records
Assisting with data quality checks and audits
Managing and organizing digital files and documents
Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency
Adhering to data privacy and security policies
Proven experience in data entry or clerical work preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
