Seven Starling is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starlings clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.

Seven Starling is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starlings clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.

- As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for clients navigating the perinatal journey. This is a parttime salaried position, expected to average approximately 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables.
- Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments). 24 client appointments per week
- Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting
- Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)
- Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans
- Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
- Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests
- Independently licensed in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
- North Carolina Residency requirement
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal or womens mental health
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
- Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
- Passion for Seven Starlings mission and an eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic company

- Multi-state license is a plus
