- Support critical commercial matters related to strategic transactions.
- Ensure commercial agreements comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Provide legal advice in a fast-paced business environment.

- Manage legal risk effectively while supporting business initiatives.
- Law degree from an accredited institution and bar membership.
- 5+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
- Strong track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements.
