• Lead the development of competitive proposals and pricing strategies for defense programs.
• Coordinate with program managers to ensure compliance and timely submission of proposals.
• Guide cross-functional teams in creating compelling RFI, RFP responses, and technical documents.
• Engage with senior management to communicate opportunity-related requirements.
• Facilitate pre-award planning and execution activities for successful program start-up.
• Develop and maintain schedules to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
• Provide coaching and training on proposal development best practices.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required due to export control laws.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of proposal management and pricing experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, CAS, and government contracting processes.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or MS365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
