JOB SUMMARY
Maintains the hospital buildings,plant engineering equipment in a safe, inhabitable and workable condition relative to heat, light, power, air conditioning and other broad environmental factors. Repair and maintain equipment and perform routine general maintenance repairs by overhauling, replacing and performing preventive maintenance procedures with minimal assistance of the Plant Manager. Will perform shift Engineer duties providing the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all engineering plant equipment. Ensures the quality of services rendered by the Facilities Department as it responds to the needs of its Customers in accordance with the hospital's mission statement and SPIRIT values.

REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred High School Diploma
- 2-4 years Minimum of three (3) years of training in a trade apprenticeship program, industrial program, commercial or hospital industry in any of the major fields I.E. Electrical, HVAC, Boiler Operations Knowledge required, building management system knowledge. Required
- SENG - Stationary Engineer
