Plant Operations Coordinator at Holzer Health System – Gallipolis, Ohio

Manage safe and efficient function of all physical plant and environmental systems and manage the department budget. Keep Executive Director, Administrator or Director informed of all matters relating to the maintenance of facility building, equipment and grounds. It will also be required that this position covers the maintenance duties at HSCC when the regular maintenance person there is not working. This position will also rotate on-call duties with the regular maintenance person from the other maintenance personnel from the Holzer Post-Acute Care facilities.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

· Three years maintenance experience in a health care facility of comparable size preferred

· Knowledge of life safety, local, state, and federal codes.

· Desired that person in this position have certification in air conditioning and heating systems, electrical and plumbing or ability to acquire same.

· Must have valid driver’s license.
