About Us
We are a growing home care company dedicated to providing compassionate, non-medical support to seniors and families in the community. We are now seeking a motivated and well-connected professional who wants to leverage their network to generate referrals and support families in need of care.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (healthcare providers, senior centers, community organizations, etc.)
Promote our home care services within the community
Conduct client assessments and assist in care plan development when new contracts are signed
Represent the company with professionalism and compassion
Support families through the onboarding process to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
Strong network and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of healthcare or home care is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to draft and review agreements and care-related documentation.
Bilingual (English/Portuguese or English/Spanish) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Motivation to work independently and exceed goals
