Position Summary

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for creating exceptional first and last impressions for our guests while delivering Forbes Five-Star service standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, managing check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and service recovery opportunities with professionalism and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with guests, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and service needs.
  • Assist with room changes, billing inquiries, late departures, and special accommodations.
  • Promote and enroll guests in the resort's guest loyalty program.
  • Provide information regarding resort amenities, dining options, spa services, local attractions, and activities.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest folios accurately.
  • Maintain guest records, activity logs, and follow-up communications.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, reservations, concierge, bell services, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards in every guest interaction.
Qualifications
  • Previous hospitality, hotel, front desk, guest service, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management systems.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
