Responsibilities:Coordinate & Oversee Logistics Operations- Work with customers to understand logistics requirements and allocate suitable transportation resources.
- Arrange and coordinate logistics solutions through vendors and in-house resources to ensure smooth operations and profitability targets.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Track shipment progress and coordinate delivery execution accordingly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during the delivery process.
- Ensure drivers comply with customer requirements and Ninja Van SOPs.
- Understand customer documentation requirements and delivery SOPs.
- Ensure drivers collect and return all required delivery documents.
- Coordinate and ensure the timely return of documents to customers in accordance with their SOPs.
- Maintain and update shipment tracking records on a daily basis.
- Maintain and update vendor profiles regularly.
- Monitor, track, and report operational issues and follow up on resolution actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics Coordination, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
- Experience in Logistics or E-commerce industries is preferred.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
