Job Description

Position Overview
As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled Site Superintendent who possesses expertise in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will join our growing team and facilitate successful developments throughout the United States. Qualified candidates will lead safety, security, construction, and maintenance of Tract's sites through the course of development in compliance with local and industry standards, regulations, and specifications. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of post-education experience in the management of commercial/industrial land development projects.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:
Site Leadership and Safety Oversight
Maintain a daily presence on sites as Tract's primary point of contact for development activities Establish site security, safety, and logistics plans for the lifecycle of development Work with contractors to develop and implement appropriate safety and quality plans in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices Conduct weekly safety audits for active construction projects Lead emergency and incident response teams in event of safety incidentsConstruction and Infrastructure Management
Manage construction projects including demolition, grading, roadways, stormwater management, wet and dry utilities, electrical infrastructure and other related aspects Perform constructability reviews for infrastructure projects during the preconstruction phase Coordinate with local cultural, environmental, and wildlife resources groups and vendors that require access to sitesProject Planning, Reporting, and Stakeholder Coordination
Develop comprehensive project plans and report against project scope, schedule, budget, change management, and progress for all development projects Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing project plans, status updates, and recommendations Coordinate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction to identify and obtain necessary permits. Manage contract scope, schedule, and budget of contractors to ensure permit approvalsRequired Traits, Expertise and Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science OR 10+ years of related construction management experience in lieu of a degree 10+ years of civil/site construction experience, inclusive of heavy hauling, blasting, rock crushing, bridge and road installation, pipeline installation, and telecommunications pathway and vault installationTechnical / Functional Expertise
Deep knowledge of grading, utilities, paving, and stormwater infrastructure Strong field management skills, including safety oversight, sequencing, and logistics Proficient in reading plans and field-level schedule coordination OSHA 30 required; CPR/First Aid preferred; MSHA Certifications Proficient working knowledge of P6, MS Suite, Bluebeam, Autodesk, and other construction management softwaresIndustry Experience
Experience managing commercial/industrial land development projects, with preference for candidates familiar with data center, infrastructure, utility, or telecommunications environmentsCore Skills & Competencies

Travel Requirement: Occasional travel to our headquarters in Denver, Colorado
Expected Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus
