This is a highly visible leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, culture-driven, and performance-focused environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development of full-funnel influencer marketing strategies across awareness, engagement, and conversion objectives.
  • Design and implement creator go-to-market frameworks aligned with broader brand, product, and cultural initiatives.
  • Define KPIs, measurement models, and optimization frameworks to connect influencer activity to measurable business impact.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for key client accounts, owning relationships, strategy, and performance outcomes.
  • Lead client presentations, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with senior stakeholders and C-suite audiences.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities, expanding scopes, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee creator sourcing, vetting, contracting, negotiation, and relationship management across all campaign tiers.
  • Ensure strong alignment between creators and brand objectives, audience fit, and campaign performance expectations.
  • Champion the integration of AI-powered tools across influencer workflows, including discovery, analytics, and optimization.
  • Partner with data and product teams to enhance proprietary intelligence capabilities for campaign performance and creator selection.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of strategists and managers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Manage budgets, campaign profitability, and resource allocation across multiple client accounts.
  • Support new business efforts including pitch development, strategic positioning, and capability storytelling.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, or brand partnerships, including senior leadership experience.
  • Proven success in building and scaling performance-driven influencer programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, influencer ecosystems, and performance marketing models.
  • Strong existing network of creators, talent managers, agencies, and industry partners.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools or data-driven systems for influencer selection, audience modeling, or campaign optimization.
  • Strong client leadership experience, including C-suite communication and strategic advisory responsibilities.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and insights.
  • Expertise across major and emerging platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
  • Experience with performance influencer models including affiliate marketing, whitelisting, paid amplification, or creator commerce.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bonus: experience in large influencer agencies or multi-category brand environments (tech, CPG, fashion, gaming, etc.).
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive compensation package aligned with senior leadership responsibilities.
  • Performance-based incentives tied to client growth and business impact.
  • Remote flexibility with potential West Coast alignment.
  • Opportunity to lead high-profile brand partnerships across global consumer categories.
  • Access to cutting-edge tools and AI-driven marketing technologies.
  • Fast-paced, culture-driven environment at the forefront of the creator economy.
  • Strong career growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling organization.
