Job Description

Events Lead (Monetization)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Events Lead (Monetization) based in United States.

This role sits at the center of revenue generation through high-impact, relationship-driven events. You will design and execute strategic event programs that directly contribute to pipeline creation and enterprise deal acceleration. Rather than traditional event planning, this is a monetization-focused role where every roundtable, executive gathering, and industry session is treated as a structured revenue channel. You will collaborate closely with sales and partnerships teams to target the right decision-makers and create meaningful commercial conversations. The environment is highly commercial, data-driven, and execution-oriented, with a strong emphasis on measurable business outcomes. Your work will directly influence pipeline growth, executive engagement, and long-term customer relationships across key accounts.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and execute revenue-focused event strategies, including executive roundtables, curated industry sessions, and high-signal networking gatherings.
  • Generate and accelerate qualified pipeline through event-driven engagement, ensuring strong alignment between events and sales priorities.
  • Own the full event-to-opportunity lifecycle, tracking conversion, attribution, and downstream revenue impact.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and partnerships teams to define event strategy, target accounts, and attendee profiles.
  • Build scalable and repeatable event frameworks that can be reused and optimized for consistent pipeline generation.
  • Continuously analyze event performance metrics, optimizing ROI, engagement quality, and conversion rates over time.
  • Translate event insights into actionable feedback loops for sales and marketing alignment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation within a B2B or enterprise-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation and revenue attribution models tied to marketing or event activities.
  • Experience planning and executing executive-level events such as roundtables, dinners, or industry-specific sessions.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with sales teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and conversion goals.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure event performance and optimize for ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes events simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior executives and enterprise buyers.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote and flexible working arrangement
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience
  • Opportunity to directly impact enterprise pipeline and revenue growth
  • High exposure to senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
  • Collaborative, fast-paced commercial environment
  • Strong ownership and autonomy over event strategy and execution
  • Career growth opportunities in a high-impact monetization function
