This is a high-impact role requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop, manage, and grow strategic customer relationships within assigned veterinary and animal health accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue objectives, and profitability goals across designated strategic accounts.
  • Create and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with business and client objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts while expanding into new client relationships.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify risks, opportunities, and growth areas.
  • Lead contract negotiations, proposal development, and account planning processes.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with service and quality standards.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and support broader commercial initiatives when required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in animal health sales, pharmaceutical sales, biotechnology, or related commercial roles.
  • University degree in Science, Business, or a related field (postgraduate qualification is an asset).
  • Proven track record in strategic account management, business development, or complex B2B sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of the veterinary pharmaceutical or animal health industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and financial acumen with experience in contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 70% of the time.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based quarterly sales incentives.
  • Opportunity to work in a global leader in veterinary diagnostics and animal health innovation.
  • High-impact role managing strategic, high-value client accounts.
  • Strong career development opportunities within a growing international organization.
  • Exposure to cross-functional commercial, scientific, and operational teams.
  • Dynamic and purpose-driven environment focused on improving animal health outcomes.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness support (based on company policy).
  • Travel opportunities across key markets and client sites.
