Job Purpose
PetScreening™ is the fastest growing pet property technology SaaS company, reimagining how pet management works. The company helps housing providers manage residents’ pets and assistance animals digitally while unlocking pet related revenue opportunities.
PetScreening™ is seeking a highly technical, performance driven Email Marketing Manager to own and scale the email channel. This is not a support function. The role carries direct accountability for measurable revenue impact.
The ideal candidate brings deep HubSpot expertise, strong audience segmentation experience, advanced A B testing capabilities, and a proven track record of optimizing lifecycle and campaign performance through data. This individual must be comfortable building email strategy, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and continuously improving results without day to day oversight.
This role is responsible for driving measurable pipeline growth, revenue contribution, and customer retention through intelligent segmentation, experimentation, and ongoing optimization.

Core Responsibilities
Strategy and Ownership
Own the end to end email marketing strategy across the customer lifecycleBuild and execute a structured testing roadmap focused on conversion rate, engagement, and revenue liftDevelop quarterly and annual channel plans tied directly to pipeline and revenue targetsEstablish clear performance benchmarks and continuously raise the barStrong writing and copy editing skills with the ability to craft audience specific messaging that aligns with brand voice and positioningEnsure all email creative and design elements consistently reflect established brand standards and tonePartner with Sales and Growth teams to develop and optimize nurture sequences, lifecycle workflows, and sales email scripts to support pipeline acceleration and conversionHubSpot and Technical Execution
Serve as the in house HubSpot expert, including workflows, automation, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting, and integrationsBuild and manage segmentation models across lifecycle stage, persona, behavior, and engagementImplement dynamic personalization and behavior based automationPartner with RevOps and data teams to ensure accurate tracking and attributionCampaign Development and Optimization
Plan, build, deploy, and optimize high performing campaigns including nurture streams, product launches, event promotion, customer retention, and expansionDesign and execute structured A/B testing across subject lines, messaging, creative, offers, timing, and audience segmentationAnalyze performance data and implement rapid iteration cyclesOwn deliverability, list health, and compliance best practicesReporting and Performance Improvement
Build executive ready reporting dashboards that clearly connect email activity to revenue impactTranslate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendationsContinuously identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates, and lifecycle velocityMonitor channel health metrics including open rate trends, click through rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, and revenue per sendCross Functional Collaboration
Partner with Growth, Sales, Customer Experience, Education, and Creative teams to ensure alignment across campaignsCoordinate landing page messaging and on site conversion paths with CMS stakeholdersSupport philanthropic and brand initiatives such as Down 4 PetsQualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field5+ years of hands on experience managing and scaling email marketing programsAdvanced expertise in HubSpot including automation workflows, segmentation logic, reporting, and optimizationDemonstrated success using segmentation and personalization to drive measurable performance liftProven experience running structured A/B testing programs and optimizing based on statistical resultsStrong reporting and analytical capabilities with experience building dashboards and performance modelsExperience working with modern data pipelines and customer data platforms preferredFamiliarity with Snowflake, Segment, or data activation tools such as Hightouch is a plusProficiency in of HTML and CSS for email template customization preferredStrong project management and prioritization skillsClear communicator who can present insights and recommendations to leadershipDetail oriented with strong critical thinking and problem solving skillsWhat Success Looks Like
