Army Recruiting SME in Elizabethtown, Kentucky at North South Consulting Group

North South Consulting Group, LLC (NSCG), is seeking an Army Recruiting SME for an opportunity in Elizabethtown, KY.

In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your prior Army recruiting experience to understand and apply Army Medical Department (AMEDD) regulations and requirements to engage with potential applicants interested in the various Medical Corps of the U.S. Army.

Key Responsibilities

• Reaching out to potential applicants, providing detailed information about opportunities within the Medical Corps and pre-qualifying them based on the criteria outlined in the contract.

• Ensuring that all interactions and processes meet the SLA requirements as specified in the contract, maintaining high standards of service.

• Understanding and staying updated on all AMEDD regulations, requirements, the Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP), and mission contract needs, ensuring that your efforts align with the evolving standards and objectives of the recruiting mission.

• Contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the applicant process by providing immediate responses to telephone and email inquiries, ensuring no delays in communication.

• Receiving and accurately distributing leads to the appropriate AMEDD recruiter, facilitating a seamless transition for applicants moving through the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as an Army recruiter (79R)

• Must pass a background check.

• Possess an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in U.S. Army AMEDD recruiting is preferred.

Work Arrangement
• Onsite work is required at NSCG’s corporate office.
• 2nd Shift work hours

Compensation
Salary is competitive and will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and role alignment.
