Senior Product Manager - Digital Health

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Digital Health based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare innovation and digital product strategy, driving the development of next-generation digital health solutions.
You will shape and execute the vision for platforms that improve patient engagement, clinical outcomes, and remote care delivery.
The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on product execution across software, mobile applications, and connected medical devices.
You will leverage market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory awareness to guide product direction and prioritization.
Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
The role offers the opportunity to influence both product innovation and real-world patient impact at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead market and customer research initiatives to identify unmet needs, emerging digital health trends, and competitive dynamics shaping product strategy.
  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for digital health solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the development and integration of cloud-based platforms, mobile applications, and analytics capabilities to enhance patient care.
  • Lead cross-functional agile teams to ensure timely product delivery while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Translate customer insights into product requirements, value propositions, and actionable development priorities.
  • Serve as a key product expert supporting sales, marketing, and training efforts to ensure effective product positioning and adoption.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product management within healthcare, medical devices, or digital health environments.
  • Strong background in launching digital products such as mobile apps, telehealth platforms, or remote monitoring solutions.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, GDPR, and related compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with digital health ecosystems, interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and data-driven healthcare solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environments and manage complex product roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience conducting market research and translating insights into scalable product strategies.
