This is a process analysis and business advisory role focused on optimizing and standardizing SAP-related processes within a global, innovation-driven digital transformation environment. You will play a key role in identifying automation opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and reducing the need for system customizations through smarter process design. The position involves close collaboration with international stakeholders, participating in requirement-gathering sessions and translating business needs into scalable SAP-aligned solutions. You will work within a highly collaborative environment that integrates AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making into enterprise processes. - Participate in global process discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to identify automation opportunities and operational improvements.
- Analyze and map business processes within SAP environments, ensuring alignment with best practices and system capabilities.
- Propose and design solutions that reduce or eliminate the need for SAP customizations through process optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into structured functional requirements and scalable solutions.
- Support the identification, documentation, and prioritization of process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Engage with clients and internal teams to validate solutions and ensure business alignment throughout delivery cycles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, standardization, and digital transformation.
- Proven experience working with SAP environments and business process analysis.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) in process or SAP-related projects.
- Experience interacting with clients and stakeholders, including negotiation and requirement alignment.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, optimization, and functional specification development.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written), with experience in international meetings.
- Ability to work in hybrid environments with occasional client visits.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
