**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a bilingual Assistant Sales/Store Manager to help manage the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Store Manager to oversee sales, provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish and ensure the store runs smoothly.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service ( REQUIRED )
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising concepts
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule,

**Responsibilities:**
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Assist in meeting sales goals and targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
- Manage inventory levels and contribute to merchandise displays
- Train and mentor store staff on company policies and procedures
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as required
