Pay: $14+ per hour plus $400–$600+ monthly bonuses
Sign-On Bonus: $500

Mid-Atlantic Finance is seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-paced Houston office. We are open to candidates from customer-facing backgrounds including Retail, Food Service, Hospitality, and Call Centers. Collections experience is helpful but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Maintain strong customer relationships while collecting payments on past-due accounts
• Negotiate payment solutions that benefit both the customer and the company
• Perform account maintenance and accurately document customer interactions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent attention to detail
• Goal-oriented and motivated mindset
• Proficient with Microsoft applications
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, not required
