The Senior HR Technology Analyst will configure, support, and optimize Workday solutions, ensuring seamless HR operations and a positive user experience. This role involves collaborating with HR, IT, COEs, and other stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices. The analyst will also support global projects, system releases, and provide Tier-2 support for end users, contributing to efficient and effective HR operations worldwide.Accountabilities:
- Deliver configuration, enhancements, and operational changes in Workday Total Rewards modules, including Benefits, Absence, Compensation, and Payroll
- Partner with HR, IT, and COEs to gather complex business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions including data and security adjustments to meet business needs
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and feature implementations, including testing and validation of new functionality
- Maintain knowledge of key pain points and improvement opportunities for HR technology systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT professionals, and end users
- Provide Tier-2 support, troubleshooting, and training guidance for global HR users
- 4+ years of experience in Workday Total Rewards configuration (Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Mobility, Payroll)
- Workday Pro certifications are a plus
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consulting, and presentation skills
- Experience with agile project delivery and creating EIB files for mass business transactions
- Familiarity with third-party HR technologies (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus
- Ability to influence without authority, act with urgency, and work in a global, dynamic environment
- Base salary range: $102,000$135,900/year (varies by experience and location)
