Success in this role directly impacts client satisfaction, retention, and organizational reputation in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Accountabilities:
- Lead, develop, and mentor a diverse team of solution designers, business analysts, and implementation specialists managing enterprise-scale client migrations.
- Provide executive oversight of all migration projects, ensuring on-time delivery, compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
- Define and implement migration strategies for claims platforms and digital experiences in partnership with technology, operations, and client services teams.
- Monitor project performance, allocate resources, and hold teams accountable for achieving key success metrics.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, communicating project status, risks, and milestones across organizational levels.
- Oversee technical execution, ensuring solutions meet both client requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, resolving complex challenges while minimizing implementation disruptions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and client-centricity within the migration organization.
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare, employee benefits, insurance, or TPA environments.
- At least 10 years in leadership roles with people management responsibilities.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale client implementation projects with 95%+ on-time delivery.
- Deep knowledge of claims administration platforms and digital engagement tools.
- Strong project management skills; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience managing budgets, risk frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities and experience handling multiple concurrent projects in complex environments.
- Competitive base salary: $210,000$255,000, dependent on location, skills, and experience.
