Phoenix Renovation & Design is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Painter to join our Field Operations team. This full-time role is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering clean, high-quality finishes on both interior and exterior residential remodeling projects. From prep to final touch-ups, your work will help bring each home renovation to life.

• Prepare surfaces through sanding, scraping, patching, masking, and priming

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces using brush, roller, and sprayer methods

• Perform precise cutting-in and rolling techniques for smooth, even coats

• Apply finishes on drywall, wood, cabinets, trim, and other surfaces

• Follow design specifications and project instructions from supervisors

• Maintain job site cleanliness and protect surroundings during painting

• Complete daily assignments efficiently and within scheduled timelines

• Communicate clearly with team members and clients

• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures

• 2 years of residential or commercial painting experience

• Skilled in all phases of painting: prep, rolling, cutting-in, spraying, and cleanup

• High attention to detail with a focus on clean lines and uniform coverage

• Ability to take direction, work independently or on a team, and meet deadlines

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism in clients homes

• Physically capable of standing, climbing ladders, and lifting materials as needed

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid drivers license
