This role focuses on turning complex growth marketing and product data into actionable insights that drive client acquisition, retention, and business growth. The position combines data engineering, analytics, and experimentation to support cross-functional teams, optimize marketing funnels, and inform strategic decisions. You will own end-to-end data management, from building pipelines and dashboards to designing experiments and automating reporting workflows. - Build and maintain growth marketing data pipelines and automated reporting workflows to ensure accurate, timely insights.
- Design dashboards, performance reports, and metrics to track acquisition, retention, and full-funnel marketing effectiveness.
- Translate business and marketing questions into actionable analyses, modeling, and experiments.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks, analyzing results to generate clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, and marketing to ensure data integrity and usability.
- Dive into large datasets to create scalable models and data solutions that inform product and marketing strategies.
- Provide ad-hoc insights for campaigns, client onboarding, and leadership decision-making.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis with deep understanding of growth marketing KPIs and product metrics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, analytical functions) and hands-on Python experience.
- Experience with data pipeline management and workflow orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with dbt is a plus, though not required.
- Hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments, A/B tests, or growth initiatives.
- Ability to create intuitive dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex insights clearly.
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Degree in analytics, software engineering, economics, or a related analytical discipline.
