Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in Ashland, MO. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Summary
The Occupational Therapy Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to carry out individualized treatment plans designed to help patients develop, restore, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care as outlined in the treatment plan established by the Occupational Therapist
  
• Assist in implementing therapeutic activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being
  
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate updates with the therapy team
  
• Support the interdisciplinary team by contributing to patient care planning and education
  
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for patients and colleagues
  

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Missouri
  
• Previous experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing preferred
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
