This role sits at the intersection of finance transformation and enterprise performance management, helping organizations modernize how they plan, forecast, and analyze business performance. You will work closely with senior finance leaders and executive stakeholders to shape FP&A strategies and translate them into actionable operating models and system solutions. The position blends advisory consulting with hands-on delivery, spanning process redesign, EPM implementation, and financial planning optimization. You will operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where clarity, structure, and storytelling are essential to driving impact. The role also involves leading workstreams across complex transformation programs while ensuring high-quality execution from design through go-live. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact finance modernization initiatives while developing both technical and leadership capabilities in a growing consulting practice.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead discussions with finance and executive stakeholders to understand FP&A and EPM priorities and translate them into actionable transformation strategies and recommendations.
  • Oversee EPM and FP&A implementation workstreams, including process assessments, redesign initiatives, system selection, and deployment support.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery activities across the System Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, testing, integrations, and go-live execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and change impacts.
  • Deliver high-quality executive presentations and communications that simplify complex financial and technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Apply deep functional expertise in corporate FP&A processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and improved decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of management consulting experience in FP&A, EPM, or financial transformation, or 5+ years of in-house FP&A experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting.
  • Experience managing projects or workstreams in fast-paced consulting or transformation environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior finance leaders.
  • Ability to structure complex problems, manage competing priorities, and drive disciplined execution.
  • Exposure to EPM tools such as Anaplan, OneStream, or Pigment is a plus, along with a willingness to learn new platforms.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for client engagements.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO)
  • Paid parental leave programs
  • Retirement savings plans
  • Flexible and hybrid/remote work options
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Mental health and well-being support resources
  • Life and disability insurance coverage
  • Opportunities for professional development, certifications, and upskilling
  • Inclusive and collaborative consulting culture focused on growth and mentorship.
