This role acts as the key expert and internal champion for a leading facilities management platform, ensuring smooth system adoption, optimization, and day-to-day operational excellence. You will play a central part in enabling teams to fully leverage Corrigo by improving workflows, supporting users, and driving best practices across multiple stakeholders. The position combines technical platform management with strong user enablement, training, and change management responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with operations, IT, vendors, and leadership teams to enhance efficiency and service delivery. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving system-related challenges while improving how people work. It offers exposure to large-scale facilities operations and enterprise tools in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Your impact will directly influence adoption, productivity, and operational performance.
In this role, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for the Corrigo platform, ensuring effective usage, configuration, and continuous improvement across business teams. You will support users, optimize workflows, and act as the bridge between operational needs and system capabilities.
- Act as the go-to expert for Corrigo, managing configurations, workflows, user access, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Drive platform adoption by promoting best practices, supporting change management, and increasing user engagement.
- Design and deliver training sessions, onboarding programs, and user documentation to enhance system understanding.
- Provide day-to-day support to users, resolving technical and process-related queries efficiently.
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements using Corrigo capabilities and automation features.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making and operational performance tracking.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth integrations and aligned system usage.
This role requires a strong blend of technical aptitude, communication skills, and operational understanding of facilities management systems. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Programming, Data, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with Corrigo or similar CMMS/CAFM platforms.
- Strong understanding of work order management, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination processes.
- Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and workflow issues independently.
- Exposure to change management, user adoption, or facilities management operations is a plus.
