This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of engineering, product innovation, and organizational strategy, focused on shaping the future of incentive compensation management within a fast-evolving enterprise SaaS platform. You will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for building scalable, AI-powered products that redefine how revenue organizations plan and operate. The role blends deep technical oversight with strong product and business alignment, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguity and high-growth environments. You will partner closely with Product, Design, and executive leadership to define strategy and translate vision into execution. This is a highly influential position where your decisions will directly impact platform evolution, customer experience, and company growth. You will also play a key role in building and scaling a high-performing engineering organization with a strong culture of ownership and innovation.
- Define and lead the engineering strategy for the Incentive Compensation Management product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and long-term platform evolution.
- Drive end-to-end execution across multiple engineering teams and managers, translating product vision into scalable, reliable, and high-quality systems.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and GTM leaders to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and shape roadmap direction.
- Lead organizational design, hiring, and talent development, building and scaling high-performing engineering teams and leaders.
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, infrastructure, and system design, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Champion the integration of AI-driven capabilities into product experiences to enhance customer value and competitive differentiation.
- Create clarity in ambiguous environments by making informed trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term scalability.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 4+ years leading engineering managers and multi-team organizations.
- Proven experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
- Strong background in end-to-end product ownership and scaling complex distributed systems.
- Experience or strong interest in building AI/ML-enabled or AI-enhanced product experiences.
- Deep technical understanding of software architecture, infrastructure, reliability, and developer experience.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to partner effectively with Product and Design teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with executive leadership.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity in ambiguous, high-growth environments while maintaining execution velocity.
