You will act as a trusted expert providing unbiased nutritional and additive guidance to customers and internal teams, ensuring solutions are driven by performance, science, and real-world outcomes. The position plays a key role in translating research into practical applications that improve poultry health, productivity, and feed efficiency. You will support both innovation and market adoption of novel feed additive technologies. Working closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams, you will help shape technical strategy and customer education. This is a highly collaborative and field-facing role with significant exposure to industry stakeholders and scientific advancements.

• Provide unbiased, science-driven nutritional and feed additive guidance focused on delivering the best outcomes for poultry production systems rather than promoting specific product lines.
• Act as a technical advisor to customers and sales teams, supporting complex formulation, production, and gut health challenges.
• Develop and deliver technical training, presentations, and educational materials for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality technical content including reports, scientific articles, presentations, and marketing support tools.
• Contribute to research, innovation, and the development and commercialization of novel feed additive solutions.
• Gather and share market intelligence, competitor insights, and emerging trends to inform business strategy.
• Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, and technical forums.

This role requires advanced scientific expertise in animal nutrition and strong experience in poultry or monogastric systems, combined with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Candidates should be highly collaborative, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

• PhD in Animal Science, Poultry Nutrition, Microbiology, Immunology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in feed additives, animal health, or technical services within the commercial poultry industry.
• Strong understanding of gut health, immune function, receptor biology, and feed additive impacts on animal performance.
• Experience in feed formulation and in the design, research, and commercialization of additive technologies.
• Proven ability to present complex scientific and technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and willingness to travel approximately 50–80%.
