This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, enterprise client strategy, and healthcare transformation. You will lead complex solution implementations for major healthcare organizations, helping them integrate and optimize digital tools that improve patient access and provider workflows. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will translate business needs into scalable, production-ready architectures that combine APIs, HL7 integrations, and modern SaaS capabilities. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven, with a strong emphasis on innovation and practical impact in healthcare systems. You will work closely with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of high-value implementations. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences how healthcare is delivered to millions of patients.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise solution implementations for healthcare partners, including EHR integrations, HL7 workflows, and API-based connectivity, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
- Act as the primary technical and strategic advisor for enterprise clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and aligning solutions with their operational and clinical goals.
- Design tailored solution architectures that balance scalability, performance, and customer-specific requirements while aligning with internal product capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, product, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of complex technical initiatives.
- Drive strategic roadmap alignment with clients, identifying opportunities for product expansion, optimization, and long-term value creation.
- Monitor implementation progress, manage risks, and ensure clear communication across internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise technical implementation and solution architecture, particularly within healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environments. You should be comfortable working across technical and business domains, translating customer needs into scalable system designs while managing multiple stakeholders and delivery streams.
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical project management, or software implementation roles
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems, HL7 standards, and API-based integrations
- Strong understanding of system design, integration architecture, and enterprise SaaS platforms
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, scalable solutions
- Experience working in healthcare technology or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable
- Comfortable working remotely with coordination across distributed teams and stakeholders
