This role is ideal for an experienced Scrum Master who thrives in scaling engineering organizations and enabling autonomous, accountable teams.

Accountabilities:

  • Track and analyze sprint metrics such as velocity, cycle time, burndown, and predictability to drive performance improvements
  • Coordinate dependencies across teams and ensure alignment with technical direction and delivery goals
  • Support light project management activities including tracking milestones, risks, deliverables, and documentation
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into team performance, capacity, and delivery status
  • Partner with engineering leadership to communicate risks, trade-offs, and delivery insights

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software engineering or product development environments
  • Proven experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously in a fast-paced organization
  • Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and iterative product delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to improve team velocity, predictability, and overall delivery performance
  • Experience working in cloud-based, CI/CD-driven engineering environments
  • Familiarity with modern web application architectures and cloud infrastructure concepts
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence engineering teams and leadership
  • Experience coaching teams on Agile maturity and continuous improvement practices
  • Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP are strongly preferred

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 140,000 depending on experience
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • Retirement plan with employer contribution
  • Annual company profit-sharing program
  • Dedicated budget for professional development and training
  • Structured onboarding program and mentorship support
  • Remote-first work environment across the United States
  • Collaborative and open engineering culture focused on continuous improvement
  • Opportunities to grow Agile expertise across multiple engineering teams
