The Communications Specialist supports communication, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives for the Child Support Bureau and local Title IV-D offices across Indiana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit training materials, user guides, and communications.
• Support the development and delivery of training programs and webinars.
• Assist with classroom training logistics, equipment setup, and learner support.
• Manage training registrations, monitor shared mailboxes, and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and build knowledge of assigned projects.
