Licensed Insurance Agent (Bilingual) in Coral Gables, Florida at CAREPOINT LLC

Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Bilingual Telesales Insurance Agent fluent in Spanish and English to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will connect with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions while delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs, combining strong sales skills with a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients via phone to promote and sell insurance products.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up communication.
• Educate clients about insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system in compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or insurance sales (minimum 1 year).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections effectively and close sales.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• State-issued health insurance license (required) or willingness to obtain one.
• Knowledge of insurance products and policies (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Must commute to the office in Coral Gables, FL 33134
• Expected to work 40 hours per week.
• Driven and capable of delivering results in a commission-based environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Experience:

• Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
• Phone sales: 1 year (preferred)

Compensation & Growth:

• Base pay of $18 per hour + Commission

Hours:

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
