Position Summary |
The Residential New Construction (RNC) Field Manager is responsible for directing and managing field operations, workforce performance, project execution, installation quality, scheduling coordination, material procurement, and operational efficiency for residential new construction plumbing projects. This role exercises discretion and independent judgment in managing field personnel, prioritizing operational resources, resolving jobsite issues, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting project profitability and timely completion. |
The position serves as a key operational leader responsible for coordinating construction activities between field teams, contractors, builders, vendors, and company leadership while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives. The RNC Field Manager is accountable for ensuring projects are staffed appropriately, materials are available when needed, and installations are completed in accordance with company quality standards, project schedules, and budget expectations. |

Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk active construction job sites and navigate uneven terrain.
- Ability to climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, and access construction areas as needed.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to travel between multiple job sites as required.
